Lizza Kellerman has yet again put another solid performance during the ASA Night Series in Cape Town, with a time of 2:06.73 behind Caster Semenya, Liza is definitely a medal hope full at the IAAF World Juniors in Poland.

Nkwalu has found yet another gem in 800m, Boitumelo Masilo from Botswana, his exploits where shown by winning both the Pretoria and Cape Town ASA night serie/s in the 800m.

Ikageng Gaorekwe planned to break the 14min barrier in the 5000m, when he represented SA at the CAA African Cross Country Champs in Cameroon with the time of 14:10, he is well in reaching that goal with the hope fulfilling that at the SA Senior Champs and IAAF World Juniors if he qualifies. #ExcellenceEngineered
